The Eastern Ottawa Resource Centre (EORC) is dedicated to supporting children and youth during vulnerable periods in their lives. Through a comprehensive range of services, EORC helps children and youth access essential counselling support and fosters opportunities for meaningful connection and friendship. For children and youth ages 6 to 21.

School-Based Programs for Students

The Eastern Ottawa Resource Centre (EORC) partners with all four local school boards to deliver a variety of school-based workshops and group programs throughout the academic year.

Youth Diversion Program

The Ottawa Community Youth Diversion Program (OCYDP) offers eligible youth in the Ottawa region a constructive alternative to the traditional justice system. Designed for young people who have come into conflict with the law, the program promotes personal accountability, reflection, and positive decision-making. Our dedicated Child and Youth Worker will work closely with participants to provide guidance, support, and opportunities for skill-building and community involvement—helping youth develop life skills for a brighter future. Referrals are coordinated through the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa.
