Our Centre provides free computer access during business hours—no appointment needed. Use our computers for resumes, job applications, virtual meetings, or email, with reliable internet, printing, and staff support. Need help with utility costs? We assist with programs like LEAP for emergency bill support and OESP for monthly electricity credits, making energy more affordable.

Throughout the year, EORC offers a range of seasonal programs designed to support individuals and families and help ease financial pressures. From free income tax clinics in the spring, to warm winter clothing and holiday assistance programs, to helping students prepare for September through the Back-to-School Program.

In collaboration with the Ottawa Food Bank, registered clients are eligible to access our Emergency Food Cupboard once per month. This service includes essential items such as diapers, wipes, and formula, available to support families with young children.
