Seasonal Support Programs for Children and Youth at the EORC
Working alongside the Caring and Sharing Exchange, the Eastern Ottawa Resource Centre (EORC) offers several seasonal programs to assist the community.
Caring for Our Community Year-Round
EORC is committed to serving the community with care and compassion, season by season.
Seasonal Programs
Student Success Exchange – Back to School
The EORC is dedicated to helping students start the school year with confidence. Beginning in June, the organization facilitates referrals to the *Sharing in Students’ Success* program—commonly known as the School Program. This initiative provides essential school supplies to help ease the financial burden on families and ensure every child is equipped and ready to learn.
Holiday Programs
Starting in October, the EORC accepts referrals for a variety of seasonal support programs, including the Christmas Exchange, and other sponsorship and hamper initiatives. These programs help brighten the holiday season by offering food, gifts, and meaningful support to families in need.
