Services are available to residents of Eastern Ottawa and surrounding communities

• Children and youth aged 6 to 21 years
• Parental consent is required for participants under 12 years old

All services are free and confidential.

• 6 to 8 counselling sessions tailored to the client’s goals and needs
• Delivered in a safe, confidential, and supportive setting
• Focus areas may include:
  • Anxiety and stress
  • Life skills and decision-making
  • Anger management
  • Healthy relationships
  • Self-esteem and identity
  • Emotional regulation and well-being

A safe space to talk, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
