Tuques for tots
Tuques for Tots is a community-driven initiative that provides warm winter hats to children in need. Through partnerships with local knitters, volunteers, community groups, and donors, the program ensures that children have access to proper winter clothing during the cold months. In addition to meeting a practical need.
Our Community Development programs bring people together to build stronger, more connected neighbourhoods through inclusive opportunities for learning, leadership, and collaboration.
Who Can Access This Service?

Tuques for Tots is available to children and families living within the Eastern Ottawa Resource Centre (EORC) catchment area.
Eligibility Requirements
The program is designed to support active EORC clients who may benefit from additional help with winter essentials.
Participants must also be registered EORC clients to access the program.
