English and French Second Language Courses

The ESL/FSL Language Program provides accessible language instruction for newcomers, wishing to improve their English or French skills. Classes focus on practical communication for everyday life—such as navigating services, workplace language, conversational skills, and written communication. With small class sizes and supportive instructors, learners gain confidence while progressing at their own pace. The program promotes cultural inclusion, enhances employment opportunities, and helps participants feel more connected and empowered within their community.

Our Community Development programs bring people together to build stronger, more connected neighbourhoods through inclusive opportunities for learning, leadership, and collaboration.
