Family Court Support
This program is available to individuals who have experienced gender-based violence. The Family Court Support (FCS) worker assists survivors throughout the legal process.
The goal is to ensure survivors feel informed, supported, and safer while navigating family court.
Support includes:
- Help preparing for family court proceedings
- Safety planning
- Referrals to legal and community resources
- Accompaniment to court dates and lawyer appointments
