This service provides individual support and guidance for caregivers. Our Community Support Workers are here to lend an empathetic ear and can refer you to the right place, depending on your situation.

Who Can Access This Service?
Service Area
The program is intended for caregivers who support seniors or adults with a physical disability and who reside in communities in East Ottawa, including: Beacon Hill, Blackburn Hamlet, Carlsbad Springs, Cumberland, Gloucester, Gloucester South, Orléans, Navan, Riverside South, Sarsfield, and Vars.
Eligibility Requirements
Caregivers who provide ongoing support to:
- seniors (60 years of age and older), or
- adults with a physical disability
