Eastern Ottawa Resource Centre Appoints Stephanie Fragman as New Executive Director

OTTAWA, July 25, 2023 – The Eastern Ottawa Resource Centre (EORC) is delighted to announce the appointment of Stephanie Fragman as its new Executive Director. Stephanie brings over two decades of experience in the field of community and social services to the organization, along with a deep commitment to serving and empowering the local community.

In her previous role as the Director of Family Services at the Vanier Community Services Centre, Stephanie demonstrated exceptional leadership and a strong dedication to addressing the unique needs of families facing various challenges. She forged meaningful partnerships with diverse communities, implemented innovative programs, such as the Vanier Social Pediatric Hub, and achieved significant impact.

Gilles Sauvé, President of the Board at the Eastern Ottawa Resource Centre, expressed his enthusiasm for Stephanie’s appointment, stating,

Stephanie replaces Nathalie Lafrenière who dedicated more than 20 years of service to the Eastern Ottawa Resource Centre, including 6 years as Executive Director. Nathalie has transitioned to the Champlain Community Support Network, where she has assumed the position of Regional Director. Lafrenière’s contributions and leadership over the years have been invaluable to the organization, and she leaves behind a legacy of success and community impact.

The Eastern Ottawa Resource Centre extends a warm welcome Stephanie Fragman and is excited about the fresh perspectives and innovative ideas she brings to the organization.
