This service is offered to children & youth aged 6-21yrs old.
Counselling sessions are tailored to the client’s individual needs; topics may include anger management, healthy relationships or self-esteem.
This is a short term service which is offered for the duration of 6-8 sessions.
The EORC offers a variety of groups and workshops throughout the school year in both Ottawa Carleton Public School Board Ottawa Catholic School Board.
Groups and workshops are designed to meet the needs of the students. They are offered for girls, boys, or in co-ed environments and focus on issues concerning children and youth such as friendship, healthy relationships, bullying, self-esteem, body image and anger management.

A conflict resolution program and Young Women on Wellness are groups offered in the community to address the needs of our youth.
Keeping it Cool: Focuses on anger management strategies and healthy decision making.
Young Women On Wellness: Focuses on issues affecting young women such as dating, finances, body image and social media.
These programs are available at various times throughout the year, please contact the youth team for upcoming dates.
This service offered at the EORC is provided for families who may require assistance with their student’s school fees.
There is a one time limit for families and a sixty dollar maximum available for those who require it for such things as musical instruments, gym fees, books, extra-curricular activities . . . etc.
